Design and planning: We plan layouts, materials and systems together, provide 3D renderings where useful, and give you a timeline and cost estimate.
Construction: We coordinate the trades from demolition through final touches, sequencing HVAC and insulation with framing, electrical and finishes, and keeping the site clean and safe.
Completion and follow-up: You receive documentation, warranties and care instructions for the equipment and work installed.

Permits and Licensing

HVAC and insulation work that is part of a remodel or addition is included in the project's permits. We handle permits with the local building department, such as LADBS for City of Los Angeles neighborhoods like West Hills, Tarzana, Encino, Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Northridge and Porter Ranch, or the building departments of cities like Calabasas, Thousand Oaks or Agoura Hills.
